Vivaah Saathi provides pre-marital consultation services to couples planning to get married (the "Clients"). These consultations are designed to help couples explore various topics related to marriage, build communication skills, and develop a strong foundation for their relationship.
2. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation
Clients can schedule consultations through the Website, phone, or email.
Cancellations with less than 15 days' notice will forfeit the full consultation fee.
Vivaah Saathi reserves the right to reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule in the event of a reschedule.
3. Fees and Payment
Clients are responsible for paying the full consultation fee at the time of booking.
Vivaah Saathi accepts payment by UPI, Cards etc.
Fees are non-refundable (see Refund Policy).
4. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to treat the counsellor with respect and professionalism during consultations.
Disruptive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during consultations.
5. Confidentiality
Vivaah Saathi maintains strict confidentiality regarding all information disclosed during consultations.
Information will only be disclosed with the client's written consent, except as required by law.
6. Website Use
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes.
You are prohibited from using the Website to:
Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.
